CA21113 – Genome Editing to Treat Human Diseases (GenE-HumDi)

The largest international meeting on gene editing for the treatment of human diseases.

Recent breakthroughs in genome editing (GE) technologies have ignited new possibilities for treating diseases by precise and efficient genome modification. This event will delve into the impressive results already achieved, be it in the creation of new tools, in efficiency and cell selectivity of delivery, in cellular or animal models, and across a wide spectrum of diseases.
In the public conference on day 1 and the subsequent Action working group meetings, participants will address the persisting challenges, which include harmonisation of assessments and streamlining of regulatory procedures for novel treatments, translation of findings into treatments and company portfolios, and the development of an entrepreneur mindset in young researchers.

Join the discussion on the latest GE research, technology and tools with the Action's members and leading EU stakeholders.
Contribute to paving the way toward routine clinical application of GE technology!

Details about registration, the agenda, and what to expect are available on the events' webpage www.genehumdi.eu/genehumdi2024meeting.
