COST Academy – How to coordinate the international research networks

The aim of the training is to offer Action Chairs practical tools and tips on how to best coordinate and lead the work of an international research network.

The training will cover topics relevant to leading a large multicultural research network, e.g. how to delegate tasks, how to engage and motivate the participants in the work, how to consider and manage cultural differences and communication styles, how to reach group decisions in a wide network and how to motivate the network participants to execute the decisions made.
