From Education to Policy Impact in European Healthcare - the PROGRAMMING COST Action 21122

This final meeting will showcase the key outputs and legacy of PROGRAMMING and explore how the Action’s achievements can be translated into policy and clinical practice. The program will focus on practical ways to improve and harmonise standards of care for older people across Europe, strengthen interprofessional education and collaboration, and reinforce the role of Geriatric Medicine as a strategic response to population ageing.
The event will bring together policymakers, researchers, healthcare professionals and civil society to discuss how the work initiated within PROGRAMMING can generate lasting impact and support future collaborations.
