After nearly ten years of service to the COST Association, including two extensions of his mandate as Director, Dr de Bruin’s involvement with COST has come to an end by mutual agreement. This comes at a time when COST is required to streamline its activities and budget as it transitions to the next Research & Innovation Framework Programme. We are very grateful for his professional leadership and dedication to the COST mission.
We are pleased that Barbara Bottiau, the COST Head of Human Resources & Office Services, has taken on the role of Interim Director to guide the organisation through this phase. This restructuring lays the foundation for a strong and sustainable future for COST.
