The aim of this in-person session is to inform Montenegro-based researchers about COST's role in promoting and spreading research excellence, the role and impact of the programme, and how to submit or connect with COST Actions.

The objective is to provide information on the networking opportunities provided by COST on how to get involved in a COST Action and how to prepare a COST proposal.
