COST Connect | Science in action - Solutions for the SDGs

On 27 November 2025, COST will host a follow-up workshop to continue to create an open platform for COST Action researchers, innovators, and the UN agencies scientific focal points as well as from European Commission and international partners.

The workshop will facilitate a multidisciplinary dialogue and collaboration which are essential for addressing the multifaceted challenges we are facing globally.
The event invites participants to reflect and exchange on main questions, challenges and issues from the 🔗 SDGs scientific needs perspective.
It will put COST Actions’ scientific activities and results in the spotlight and show their contribution to the 🔗 Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations.

Furthermore, this event is showcasing the excellent scientific contribution to UN agencies’ and bodies’ objectives by the acknowledged work of the COST Actions addressing the most pressing environmental challenges while promoting economic growth and social well-being.
By bringing together a diverse group of stakeholders, this COST Connect event aims to stimulate a constructive exchange of ideas, enhance cooperation and identify synergies that can accelerate the transition to a more sustainable and resilient future.
