COST Connect | Gender Equality Plans in COST Actions

This COST Connect workshop will gather participants from COST Actions that wish to develop their gender equality plan (GEP, or a similar document, e.g. inclusiveness plan, gender balance plan).

By bringing together COST Action participants with a strong interest in gender equality, this COST Connect event aims to stimulate a constructive exchange of ideas and facilitate the opportunity for participants to make a start with the development of a GEP for their COST Action.
The Gender Equality Plan for COST Activities will frame the event, and the Gender Equality Plan template for COST Actions will be used to guide the interactive sessions.
The morning sessions will include a series of presentations by COST Actions that have successfully implemented a gender equality plan (or similar).
During the afternoon session participants will have the opportunity to start drafting a GEP for their COST Action and share their questions and good practices in interactive break-out groups.
