Leadership programme
The leadership programme is organised for young researchers, in particular those coming from an Inclusiveness Target Country (ITC), who are candidates to take up leadership positions within their Action. The aim of the programme is to boost their skills and to empower their career development.
It consists of two parts: the leadership workshop; and consecutive participation in the first Management Committee meeting (MC1) of the newly approved Action.
The Leadership workshop offers participants the possibility to understand different leadership roles and responsibilities in a COST Action and to build their confidence to put forward their candidatures during the Action’s MC1 meeting.
Participating in their Action MC1 meeting after the workshop gives young researchers pre-access to the network to create a link with the Action, help them familiarise themselves with the management of a network at European level, and support their early career development.
