EU-RESOLVE is pleased to announce their 2026 call for Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSMs) and Conference Grants
Eligible researchers, especially early-career investigators and colleagues from Inclusiveness Target Countries, are encouraged to apply and make full use of these instruments to strengthen collaboration!
Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSMs)
STSMs support short research visits between institutions participating in the Action to foster collaboration, share methods, and advance the scientific objectives of EU-RESOLVE.
Conference Grants
These grants support the participation of Young Researchers and Innovators (YRI) in meetings, conferences, workshops, and training schools that are relevant to EU-RESOLVE and contribute to its objectives. It is open for all YRIs but participants from Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITC) are preferred.
Key dates:
Call opening: 01.01.2026
Application deadline: 15.02.2026
Notification of results: within approximately 3 weeks after application deadline.
STSMs and travel completion by: 30.09.2026

Before applying, applicants are strongly encouraged to consult the COST Grant Guidelines.
Evaluation
Applications will be evaluated according to the COST Excellence and Inclusiveness Policy. Specific eligibility criteria and funding rules are available in the call documents and COST Grant Guidelines.
