This section lists various rules and procedures for implementing COST Actions as well as other key documents governing COST.
The Guidelines and Rules of Procedures documents below are the documents as decided by the CSO. Other relevant CSO strategies are available on the right hand side of this page.
The "Vademecum" documents are handbooks or reference guides created by the COST Office concerning the implementation of the CSO decisions. To use them, COST Actions will need to know if they fall under the Pay-as-you-go System (Part A) or Grant System (Part B) and can contact the COST Office Science Officers for any further questions.
COST Actions are also invited to use the template centre on the right hand side of this page.
Please note that documents listed on this page are updated regularly. COST Actions are kindly asked to consult the attachments on this page rather than locally stored copies.
