The Final Event of COST Action IC0601 coincided with the opening of the International Conference on New Interfaces for Musical Expression (NIME 2011) and consisted of an interesting exhibition on Sonic Interaction Design.
The exhibition entitled "Sonic Interaction Design", took place at the Norwegian Museum of Science, Technology and Medicine in Oslo, in conjunction with NIME 2011. The exhibition featured works using sonic interaction within arts, music and design as well as examples of sonification for research and artistic purposes. COST is a proud supporter of the exhibition that aimed at explaining an exciting new scientific field to the general public.
