MoU
Memorandum of Understanding - The MoU for a particular COST Action is signed by the governments of the COST countries wishing to participate in the Action upon proposals of their national organisations. Each Memorandum includes a specific Technical Annex defining in detail the contents and the arrangements for the implementation of the Action and related activities, respectively.
