Early bird registration is now open for the First International Conference on Imaging in Neuromuscular Disease, organised by the COST Action MYO-MRI, and held at the Langenbeck-Virchow-Haus in Berlin, on 19-21 November 2017.

COST Action MYO-MRI's final conference is also the first international one in the field, gathering clinical neuromuscular experts, radiologists, physicists and computer vision specialists discussing muscular magnetic resonance as a tool for diagnosing neuromuscular diseases. 

Young researchers and trainees are encouraged to attend and participate by submitting abstracts (to be presented during the sessions) and posters (eligible for poster awards).

The conference programme will feature internationally-recognised speakers including Andrew Blamire, Carsten Bonnemann, Pierre Carlier, Bruce Damon, Kieren Hollingsworth, Hermien Kan, Richard Lerski, Martin Meyerspeer, George Radda, Fritz Schick, Volker Straub, Gustav Strijkers, Giorgio Tasca, Krista Vandenborne and Felix Wehrli. The event will highlight developments and advances in all aspects of muscle imaging with sessions on diagnostic muscle imaging, new imaging techniques and quantitative muscle imaging.

Early bird registration is open until the 5 June 2017. Standard registration is open as of 6 June until 1 September 2017. Early bird fees range from €200 for academics/PhD students to €350 for Industry participants. The cost per person registered will cover all costs associated with the meeting including conference material, coffee breaks, lunches, poster sessions, the welcome reception and the conference dinner.
