Dr Ángeles Rodríguez-Peña, President of the COST Committee of Senior Officials since June 2010, shared her views on the European Research Area and the contributions COST has made and will continue to make to fulfill the objectives of research networking in Europe and beyond.
The event gave an overview of the COST programme's overall strategy and the outcomes of the recent Ministerial Conference through a lively exchange of views with Dr Rodríguez-Peña. It included a sneak preview of COST's reaction to its positive mid term evaluation in the prelude to the next programming period.
